Mr. Percy Pereira is a Mechanical Engineer a certified trainer, a certified facilitator and a registered lead auditor with IRCA, UK and IEMA, UK.

Percy Pereira is a counsellor with TQM International Pvt Ltd since. He has extensive experience as a Total Quality Trainer and consultant. He has worked with high level executives coaching them in Quality principles, tools and implementation. He has facilitated strategic planning sessions for executive teams in organization throughout India, middle east and for the Federation of Kenyan employers.

Mr. Percy Pereira has a rich experience of 30 years in industry including over 9 years in consultancy.

In consultancy he has interacted with some of the eminent quality consultants in the world like Prof. Tokihiro Sassahara, Prof. Washio, Dr. Hans Bajaria, Dr. Manu Vora and Mr. Frank Tedesco of the Iman Institute etc. and has taken several organizations to certification.

He has developed and counseled both private and public sector organizations in Quality and Environmental System Documentation and Implementation & HACCP. He has also to his credit conducted as Lead Tutor several Internal Auditor as well as Lead Auditor training courses both In-house and Open Courses.

He worked for a Tata Organisation as Service Manager, All India Service and Spare parts manager coordination with all the Branch offices in India as Senior Product Manager and as Corporate Quality Manager in the construction and Material Handling Division and as part of his duties liasoned with principles and clients all over Europe and Russia.

  • TQMIEstablished a contract with Westinghouse Electric Corporation Inc. – Productivity & Quality Center to offer training and consultancy services for Business Process Reengineering, Total Quality Management, Customer Value Management (Value Edge) and Westinghouse Technology for Improvement of Processes (WESTIP)
  • Opened offices in Mumbai and Chennai
  • Obtained accreditation from IRCA, UK for TQMI’s training programs on QMS Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor
  • Started program in Supplier / Vendor Development
1996
  • Started offering services in the UAE in the Middle East for QMS and BPR
  • Established training programs with Marquardt Associates, USA to provide advanced training in Design of Experiments
1997
  • Established contract with Komatsu Career Creation Ltd. a subsidiary of Komatsu Ltd. for providing training and consultancy in Total Quality Management with a focus on Policy Management and Daily Work Management
  • Started training and consultancy in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
  • Established TQMI office in UAE
1998

  • Started providing consultancy services under the guidance of Prof Yositoshi Washio for Deming Application Prize to Lucas TVS Ltd. and Mahindra & Mahindra – Farm equipment Sector
  • Started providing consultancy services under the guidance of Prof. Hitoshi Kume for Deming Application Prize to SRF Ltd.
1999
