Technical Manager
United Kingdom-Cambridgeshire (£30,0000)

I am looking for a Technical Manager to join this family orientated company.

The right candidate needs:

• Extensive knowledge of organic certification and BRC
• Quality systems development experience, within a continuous improvement 
culture 
• Managerial experience gained in a technical role in the food industry
• Experience of developing and maintaining positive relationships with key 
customer contacts and stakeholders
• Organic and conventional crops experience

You will also need to have a rounded outlook, and be confident to interact 
with all levels of seniority within the business; you will need to be ambitious 
and comfortable in an environment where functional boundaries are not always 
clearly defined. 

Assistant Technical Manager
United Kingdom-Birmingham (£30,000 to £35,000)

OUR CLIENT is a leading food processor servicing the UK multiple retailers. 

THE ROLE will involve taking responsibility for:

• Supplier management and auditing of suppliers
• Creation of produce specifications for sign of by clients and suppliers
• Overseas auditing and visits against agreed plans and implement corrective 
actions when necessary
• Facilitate Quality Controls and Quality testing and carry out internal audits
• Work closely with other departments including NPD and other Commercial teams
• Maintain and upgrade Quality Management Systems
• Help to develop the supply chain so this it is conducive to Lean Manufacturing 
operations
