Tablet & Capsule Elevator ACCULIFT is designed to eliminate the need for manual loading of product into machine hopper at higher level. It is indented to reduce manual operation and to comply with cGMP and safety regulations. ACCULIFT supplies the product to blister packing, foiling or counting machine hopper with the help of pneumatically operated, lifting, tipping and lowering scoop. Required level of product in packing machine hopper is automatically maintained by the system. Product is loaded manually in to a low level hopper. ACCULIFT then feeds the product into tipping scoop through vibratory feeder. The level sensor controls the level of product in tipping scoop. After reaching necessary level, the vibrator stops and scoop starts lifting on reaching the required height, the scoop tips and products is transferred into machine hopper via suitable chute. Depending upon the requirement of product in machine hopper, the cycle is repeated or stopped. All the contact parts of ACCULIFT are made of SS-316 and complete framework made of SS-304 material. All the necessary safety interlocks are incorporated in this system.
