ISO/TS 16949: 2009

The objective of this Three-day workshop is to improve the participants’ understanding of ISO/TS 16949:2009 and to enhance the competency of internal auditors to perform effective internal audits. The special focus will be given on changes to ISO 2001:2008 which are the main changes in revised version of TS 16949:2009. It is expected that this will benefit organizations that would like to use internal audits as a tool to achieve continual improvement and business excellence.

 

The workshop is designed to meet the requirements of the International Specification ISO 19011:2002 – Guidelines for Quality and/or environmental systems auditing and the qualification requirements of Internal Auditors specified in the Customer Specific Requirements supplements to ISO/TS 16949:2009 of Ford and General Motors.

 

Specifically, the workshop will train the participants to understand and apply the requirements of ISO/TS 16949:2009, related core tools, applicable customer-specific requirements and the automotive process approach to auditing.
