Hungry lawyers, particularly in USA, will want to exploit d 3rd-party ISO 'cert' scam becos it's amenable to huge (= money for d lawyers) class action lawsuits (by a big collection of aggrieved swindled customers becos of publicity by d Merchant/Organization).
