TQM is dead, long live ISO 9000




The founding guru of ISO 9001: 2000 is Deming.
He lectured in USA

the Americans didnt listen
After Japan was destroyed in WWII, the Emperor of Japan invited Deming to JAPAN
Japanese Quality became best Quality worldwide


Japanese cars sold
today the giants of America Automotive Chrysler, Ford, GM have closed down, making thousands of Americans jobless

America did not accept ISO 9000 and Deming
they went in for their own product, TQM 
and came to grief

TQM does not work
ISO 9000 works
