Pressure equipment: List European harmonized standards updated

The European Commission has published updated lists of European harmonized standards for the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC. Manufacturers of CE marked pressure equipment should check if the European harmonized standards that they have used during the conformity assessment are still valid, or whether they have been updated by these lists.

Standards that have been updated cannot be used to prove CE compliance from the date that it is superseded by the new version of standard. The standard’s update does not affect equipment already placed on the market. But for new batches the new version of the updated standards should be used.
