Responsibility, Authority and Competency

in the wake of Mumbai terror attack, the Govt needed scape goats
first went Shivraj Patil, the Home Minister

then went Deshmukh, the CM


Great Work
but giving Chidambaran the Home ministry is a bad decision

Chidambaran is an economist and not competent to handle Home Defence
besides, he has his hands full in this Global recesiion

Home Minister and Defence Minister must be ex defence personnel
