Originating in the Netherlands, The Art of Service began Australian operations in 2000, in a small office based in Brisbane, Queensland. With a passion for IT Service Management and having first hand experience in seeing business improvement benefits as a result of implementing IT service frameworks, the founders Gerard Blokdijk and Ivanka Menken had a vision to be “Enablers of IT Service Management Excellence”. Today their vision is a reality. The Art of Service has grown into a respected education company and now provides high quality education services and products worldwide.
