Similarities and comparisons of TQM, EFQM, MBNQA and ISO 9000 FamilyI am currently working on my final thesis regarding optimization of excellence models with focus on implementation and usage of these. This is aimng to a further analysis of, whether these frameworks can aid in the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley (404 - management resbonsibility and Internal control), in a way that will potentially optimze and cost reduce the implementation process and the maintanence process.
I am seeking views in comparisons between different excellence models (ISO 9001, EFQM, MBNQA) and are hoping some suggestions regarding litterature.
